While most of us recycle to at least some extent, as this graphic shows there’s still a long way to go; of all the plastics manufactured since 1950, only around 9% have been recycled. It’s clear that additional solutions are needed. This year’s Earth Day site has tips on how you can reduce your own plastic product use and contribute towards the efforts to end plastic pollution.
